05-550 Universal H2O Metal Primer -- White (Fast Dry, Rust Inhibitive, Water Clean-up)

A new generation, self-cross-linking acrylic primer for use on bare metals. Ideal for use with “hot solvent” top coats such as two-part epoxies and two-part urethanes. Can also top coat with conventional enamels and other finishes.

• Excellent corrosion resistance as well as early flash rust resistance. Contains both zinc phosphate and barium metaborate to provide ultimate performance.

A true phenolic resin platform makes this the solvent-based product of choice for priming metal that will be top coated with strong solvent-containing finish coats like epoxies and urethanes. Can also top coat with conventional enamels and other finishes.

• Formulated to provide outstanding corrosion resistance that consistently outperforms the competition.
• Low VOC, ready-to-spray formulation eliminates thinning – and eliminates the addition of VOCs which can mean project delays where local regulations impose maximum daily VOC limits.
